Gisela has been qualified since 2000 as a Massage Therapist and regularly attends international events both in the UK and abroad including the World Triathlon Championships. She is also a tutor for The London School of Sports Massage, both in London and Southampton. She has a clinical interest in delivering effective myofascial and neuromuscular techniques as well as being qualified in Clinical Pilates and Exercise Rehabilitation.
