Jagoda’s fitness journey started in her teenage years at a fitness class in Poland. Her favourite fitness instructor inspired her to enroll into a group exercise instructor course. In 2008 she moved to UK and continued her education with Premier International and Les Mills International becoming a certified Personal Trainer and Body Balance, Body Pump, Body Combat and Grit Instructor. After over a decade of teaching high intensity group exercise classes her body started showed signs of needing a change and therefore she enrolled into a Mat Pilates course in 2015 while living in
London. The more Jagoda practiced Pilates the more questions were arising. This led to completing a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training with Basi Pilates in 2017. Jagoda thoroughly enjoys teaching both mat and equipment Pilates and truly believes in Joseph Pilates’ quote: “It’s the
mind itself which builds the body”. In her free time Jagoda likes to try new baking recipes and reading.
