Kate is a certified Stott pilates teacher and first qualified as an Exercise to Music teacher and Personal Trainer over 20 years ago at the YMCA in Central London and has vast experience of teaching in all of Oxfords leading health clubs. She is trained to teach Matwork and Reformer Pilates to Advanced level and has also trained in Pre/Post natal and Special Populations and Injuries. Kate is also a fully qualified Sports Therapist who has worked with a diverse range of clientele and has trained with leading Yoga teacher Jax Lyxcia and blends elements of this into her classes when relevant.
