Millie is a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist working between the NHS and TOPS:health. Since graduating from King’s College London in 2012, alongside working in the NHS Millie has worked three seasons both within first team Rugby and for Swindon Town Football Academy. With over 7 years experience Millie has developed skills in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and injuries ranging from pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain and post natal recti divarification, to spinal pain and rehabilitation following traumatic and elective Orthopaedic surgery. Millie understands the importance of an evidence based holistic and individualised approach to treatment. From running gait analysis, manual therapy and exercise, to advice on posture and adjustments to training regimes to prevent further injury and aid recovery. Millie is a keen Netball player and her clinical interest is in lower limb rehabilitation and return to sport. She plans to develop this further through commencement of Masters level qualification.
