Rachel graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2003. After completing an internship at the English Institute of Sport she spent the first part of her career working in performance sport before working in an outpatient setting both in Australia and the UK. Rachel has developed a special interest in cancer rehabilitation and having successfully completed training in this specialty, she provides bespoke physiotherapy assessment, treatment and exercise to help those with cancer achieve their goals. Research has shown the benefits of exercise in alleviating the impact of the side effects of cancer treatments. Rachel works with patients to provide progressive exercise programmes to support health and wellbeing at all stages of diagnosis and treatment. She has completed Polestar Pilates training and integrates acupuncture and soft tissue treatments to help patients with pain management and their post-operative rehabilitation.
