Roosa started practicing yoga in 1999 after a career as a professional ballet dancer. She is an IYN 500h yoga teacher and has completed a 350h Yoga Therapy training with Yogacampus in London. Roosa has also trained as pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, and a Yoga Nidra teacher. She is currently completing a 500h advanced Yoga Medicine training to deepen her knowledge and skills. Roosa shares her love, knowledge and understanding of the transformative and therapeutic practice of yoga to strengthen, balance, and calm the body and the mind. She has been teaching yoga since 2002. Roosa is trained as a professional dancer, has a diploma in leading dance for older people (Level 3) and is a qualified postural stability instructor (PSI, Level 4). She also has a PhD in biology. Roosa is using her passion for science to constantly learn and deepen her own knowledge and reviewing the latest evidence in order to promote heath, happiness and wellbeing in a holistic way.
