Iyengar Workshop – 7th March 2020

This 3-hour workshop is returning to tops:health and will run on Saturday 7th March. In this workshop you will look at a selection of standing, inverted, and seated asana with an in depth focus and detailed attention. The first part of the workshop will involve strong practice, and then move into some restorative asana to rest the body and calm the mind. Sophia’s workshops often include some Pranayama towards the end, and some information on a few concepts or principles from Yoga philosophy to bring a deeper understanding to why we practice, and how our practice affects our whole being.

This workshop will be suitable for most levels, but not so suitable for beginners. Bookings can be made online via Mindbody.
