Therefore, we are pleased to offer a soft tissue massage service to relieve muscular tension throughout the body. This can be an important part of your preparation for a sports event or as part of a rehabilitation programme. The soft tissue therapy is delivered by one of our experienced massage therapists who work closely with both our Physiotherapists, Pilates and Yoga Instructors to get you back on track as quickly as possible!
