Aleyna Senol

Physiotherapist

After completing her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy, Aleyna obtained her MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Nottingham. Since 2022, she has been working in a musculoskeletal clinic, gaining extensive experience in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout her career, she has also had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and athletes, including providing pitch-side support at Loughborough University Sports Development Centre during various sporting events.

In addition to her clinical work, Aleyna has volunteered at marathons and worked at several international tennis tournaments. She also has experience in football, basketball, futsal, tennis, and rugby, which has given her a broad understanding of the physical demands and injury prevention in different sports.

Aleyna has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and enjoys tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual’s needs. She has completed additional courses in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, and regularly attends anatomy workshops to expand her knowledge.

For Aleyna, the most rewarding part of being a physiotherapist is seeing her patients achieve their goals – whether that’s returning to their favourite sport, managing a chronic condition, or simply moving without pain. She believes in taking time to understand each person’s unique story and working together to find the best approach for their recovery.

When she’s not in the clinic, Aleyna loves exploring new places through traveling and staying active with hiking and running.
