After studying a bachelor’s degree in clinical exercise and rehabilitation science, Dylandeveloped a passion for rehabilitation and the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries andwent on to complete a Masters in Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University. He has a strong background in exercise prescription and strength and conditioning having worked as a personal trainer and as a sports performance intern at the AECC university college. Dylan is currently undertaking a PhD, looking at developing rehabilitation interventions for people with spinal cord injuries. His skill sets as a researcher allows him to develop and implementtreatment strategies backed by the latest scientific evidence. In addition to Dylan’s practical experience, he is also part of the lecturing team Oxford Brookes University, teaching physiotherapy students at both BSc and MSc level. In his free time, Dylan is either away surfing, or completing a workout of the day at his local CrossFit gym.
