After completing an MSc in Physiotherapy from Kings College London, Sophie went onto work in the NHS, completing senior rotations in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Prior to this she completed a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience. She believes her experiences have led to her to be able to provide a unique approach to rehabilitation that incorporates not only an understanding of the body, but also the mind and the impact this can have on recovery from injury.
She is also a keen runner and has a special interest in advancing her skills in both the prevention of and recovery from injury in runners.
