Val qualified as a Physiotherapist from St Mary’s Hospital London in 1987. She undertook specialist training in manual and manipulative therapy during 1994-96 and has worked in private practice as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist since 1997. She has also worked with neurosurgeons and neurologists treating spinal pain and headache patients. Val has also completed post graduate training with APPI and Reformer Pilates teaches Matwork Pilates classes in Woodstock. In her own time, Val enjoys singing, playing the saxophone and walking in Snowdonia.
