Pilates Studio Circuit

You don’t need any experience to try this class, and because the groups are a maximum of 3 people  you will get plenty of individual attention to maximise the effectiveness of the session, whatever your level of experience. If you are new to Pilates, its a great way to get to grips with the equipment and the exercises. It is a more personal and individually tailored session than a standard class and it will use the reformer, barrel and chair in a circuit format.
