Fitness Testing

We have put together a comprehensive test, looking at:

  • movement quality
  • aerobic capacity and endurance
  • anaerobic capacity
  • muscular strength, muscular endurance, and power.

We can also assess cardiac health, focussing on blood pressure, arterial elasticity and resting heart rate, and body composition. If you want to find out more, then get in contact!
