The next Yoga Nidra Workshop will be running on Sunday 26th January 3-5pm. Spaces are limited and booking can be made via Mindbody.
Yoga Nidra is a fantastic practice to support relaxation, stress release and physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It is a guided practice of deep meditative rest and relaxation, and can have the following benefits:
- reducing stress and anxiety
- helping with insomnia
- enhancing sense of peace calm and clarity
- reduce pain and discomfort
- transform negative habits, behaviors and ways of thinking.
No previous experience is needed. Wear comfortable and warm clothes and simply rest. Blankets. sheepskins and props will be available to ensure you feel comfortable. Book your place and take some time to look after yourself.
