Gigi Kwong

Gigi graduated from the Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2023 and has since worked with the NHS. Being exposed to dance at a young age and seeing different injuries, she experienced the joy and benefits of Pilates in rehabilitation. Her passion brought her to complete the BASI matwork instructor training in Hong Kong in 2022. She has also recently started her Pilates equipment training with PoleStar to further enrich her practice. She enjoys dancing and reading in her spare time.
