Beth graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2015 with First Class Honours and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She worked within a variety of physiotherapy areas in both the NHS and sporting settings – outpatients, trauma, paediatrics and semi and professional level rugby – before specialising as a senior physiotherapist within both musculoskeletal and women’s health. This experience has seen Beth develop a keen interest in injury management and prevention, using her knowledge and clinical skills to provide effective treatment alongside education, to prevent re occurrence. Beth is keen to continue to develop her skills set and has completed post-graduate training in acupuncture as well as qualifying as an APPI pilates instructor; skills that she uses as part of her treatments to maximise patient improvements. She is also currently studying a Masters degree in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Beth loves to travel, scuba dive and is a keen runner.
